A very merry Christmas

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Property is just as pictured and in an amazing location. Super clean and looks to be newly remodeled. The host was very kind, gracious, and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Raleigh property

A great get away close to it all

The property is ideal if you want to visit NC State campus and downtown Raleigh. Great location to shops and restaurants in the Village District. A quick ride from I-40 to the property. Neighborhood was quiet and property was cozy. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Grad School Drop Off

Location to campus, shopping, and restaurants was great. The house was perfect for 3 people. Good size bedrooms…love the layout …cozy quiet deck. Nice spot for morning coffee and late night cocktail May be back for graduation next spring!

Raleigh Getaway

This townhome was perfect for our trip to Raleigh. We walked to the Village, shopped and ate at nearby restaurants. It was close to PNC Arena where we attended a hockey game. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Great Location

The townhome was exactly as described and more you can tell that the place was recently renovated, and the layout flows nicely. It is century located to NC State University, which was the reason for our visit but also close to the village district shopping area as well as any grocery stores and restaurants you would want. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs and was very timely with his responses. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Excellent condo in fine location

This condominium was very clean and comfortable, and was appointed with everything that we needed. The AC kept the outside heat at bay, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well supplied. The immediate neighborhood is attractive and near all-things Raleigh. We will return when we are back in the area. An excellent rental!

Well-equipped condo in a great location

This unit is thoughtfully updated and well-furnished. Although it is convenient to roads leading to most places in central Raleigh, the condo is quiet and pleasant. Everything functioned well.

Truly a home away from home

The hosts have thought of everything their guests might need. Comfortable beds, hot showers, easy kitchen set-up. Location is a walkable area for groceries, coffee, dining and shopping plus an easy drive for sightseeing in the Raleigh area. It’s great to have a parking space right outside the door and it’s nice to have the back deck to sit and relax. It’s our second time there we are already picking dates for next year.

Convenient to Everything!

We had a super time in this tastefully renovated, upgraded, centrally located, charming, and comfortable apartment. The apartment was well appointed and immaculate. Our host's hospitality was great -- thoughtful tips that welcome guests. So glad we discovered this treasure. We will be back!

Wonderful Village Feel

I was traveling with my husband on business and discoverd The Perfect Town Home to be truly perfect for us. Beautifully decorated with amazing wood floors. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. LOVED the 3rd half bath on the first floor. That was a real treat. We so enjoyed sitting on the back porch with our coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. Stephen and Will were right on the spot when the fan on the HVAC had a bit of an issue. Repaired in no time and we were back in business. Will stay again when in the Raleigh area.
