Welcome to this bright and modern guest suite—your private ADU retreat in the heart of Durham. Designed for both short getaways and longer stays, this cozy upper-level space offers comfort, convenience, and just the right amount of personality.



Located above a private garage, you’ll have the entire unit to yourself. It includes a desk for remote work, a light kitchen setup for simple meals, and a Smart TV for winding down. Traveling with your pup? We allow one well-behaved small to medium-sized dog (please inquire with details—pet rules apply).

We welcome 1 small to medium dog (no cats, please). Pets must be leashed outdoors and waste properly disposed of. A $50 fee will be charged if cleaners must pick up after pets. Be sure to send pet info at the time of your booking request.
