Spacious Downtown Durham Haven w/ 3 KING BEDS!
- Spacious and renovated 3 bd/2 bath bungalow, walking distance to all that downtown Durham has to offer. 5 minutes walking from Ponysaurus Brewery, Golden Belt Neighborhood, Hi-Wire Brewery and Bull City Ciderworks. 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown Durham and Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC). We have 3 king size beds, a pull out sofa, and plenty of room to spread out. Great for couples traveling together and families. Amazing outdoor space with brand new Breeo firepit and comfy chairs.
The entire house is warm and welcoming! The living room/dining room/kitchen are open with plenty of room for you and your group to socialize. We thoroughly clean and sanitize in between every visit for your safety. Whether you want a place to get away and get some work done or want to be close to all the fun of Downtown Durham, you'll love it here!
There is parking for two cars in the driveway and free and easy street parking out front.
