Warm, 3-bedroom home near downtown. Natural light!
My house is the perfect mix of access to all the benefits of urban living combined with a neighborhood feel where you're situated within walking distance to parks (across the street) and breweries (a few more blocks). You'll have very easy access to Duke, UNC, NC State and NC Central as well as all downtown Durham has to offer. The rest of the triangle (Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary, etc) is a quick drive away. You're going to like it here.
