The room was very outdated and needed a serious upgrade. Furniture was mismatched, old and scratched/marred. The bathroom door and base molding was all beat up. The place was a dump.

The water faucets in the sink gave very little water and I reported the problem and they told me that on the weekend they don't have maintenance people, they didn't give me any other option like moving to another room.

This property was just ok. If you need somewhere for a quick stop or just somewhere to be that offers breakfast then it’s ok. But don’t expect anything more than a motel/inn kind of vibe.

Room was in bad state of repair - ripped seats, damaged walls and doors. Generally poor appearance. Poor shower area - just poor all round. We were given "mobility/invalid room" which was not was requested but were told they were full. Bed was comfortable though.

While my recent hotel stay was satisfactory overall, there were several aspects that left something to be desired. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but it lacked some of the amenities I’ve come to expect from similarly priced accommodations, such as complimentary toiletries besides soap and shampoo. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to get work done efficiently. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and responsive to any requests or concerns I had during my stay. Overall, while it wasn’t a standout experience, it served its purpose adequately for a short visit.

The hotel in and itself was fine. Unfortunately when we went to leave, I found my truck had been broken into. Apparently other vehicles were broken into as well. It was not a fun time.

Our bathtub did not drain well at all. The breakfast was til 9 am but they were breaking down the food table at 8:40 am and no waffle mix. We had to eat the sausage and eggs in the microwave. Front desk was very nice. Desk chair in room was stained with white dried substance. But other than that we were very pleased.

The property was in a good location but was very worn. Paint peeling, furniture chipped and a lot of dust accumulated in the room corners. Outlets at bedside table did not work (loose and would not hold plug). TV very out of date. Only certain keys on remote would work. I was also surprised the front desk staff was not in any kind of uniform. Very casually dressed. On the plus side, bathroom was clean, beds were very comfortable and property was quiet.

The receptionist (short male, approximately in his 30-40's) was a bit rude and the questions he was asking felt intrusive. He fixed his attitude once I matched his rudeness. I was also initially given a room that reeked of cigarette scent. It was very unpleasant and I had to drag my luggage all the way down to the front desk again. The room I received after was good, but was also a bit musty. Finally, the hotel's wifi is absolute trash.

Upon arrival, the hostess was very nice and greeted me accordingly. She explained every thing that I needed to know. The establishment was well maintained and very clean, that includes the parking lot, the lobby, and the hallways. Upon entering the room, it was very clean and smelled good and the bed was comfortable. Only issue I had was the toilet not working properly but it was late so there was no maintenance available and I couldn’t move to another room because they were booked up. Eventually, the toilet fixed itself I guess. Also had a problem with the lights blinking. Other than the few issues, it was a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our stay at wingate. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was on Saturday the breakfast area was being taken down before 10:00. I went back to get a muffin and they were gone. The eggs and sausage was also gone.

El hotel esta muy venido a menos. El sr. de la recepción tenia un mal humor terrible y maltrataba a la gente de ahi a tal punto que me hizo sentir incomoda. La sra del desayuno estaba retirando las cosas 30 min antes de que se acabe el desayuno y cuando le preguntabas te decia que se habia acabado. El baño sobretodo en condiciones de decadencia general, lo mismo las paredes eel cuarto . La sillas rotas etc. No lo recomiendo para nada… habia otros de igual valor que no creo que esten igual.
