NOBODY is on site. You have to call a call center to check in. Nobody answered our call and we couldn’t check into the room we’d already paid for. Money gone. No room.
Before I checked in the hotel gave me the opportunity to inspect the room. There was a strong odor present in the hallways and I was unable to open my hotel door without assistance because the door was jammed. Faculty did admit that they were aware that the door was difficult to open. Inside the room, stains were on the sheets on the bed, patches were on the wall, and mold was spotted in the tub and elevator when I returned back to the lobby. I don’t think it safe for anyone to book right now. I surely declined to stay after what I witnessed.
What i went through with the ignorance of the staff treating me like what they experienced and a grown man trying intimidate me based on his ignorant assumptions about me.(staff me I will never be the same. Thr staff should engaged in therapy if they are traumatized by what was or other things that went on. According to stories i was told. But to take it out on a customer is crazy and forever life changing
