"We had a quick trip to Malibu to watch our daughter dance at Pepperdine. It was perfect for us. Nice and clean. Easy parking and beautiful views. Glad we got to stay here before our daughter graduates. "

"Judy’s Condo in MalibuJudy’s condo is first class! The furnishings are the best. The king bed was very comfortable. All the amenities were provided. Small touches like water bottles next to each bed was much appreciated. The AC worked very well, as did the showers and kitchen appliances.The location for us was perfect. Next to Pepperdine University and the Malibu Country Mart. Across the PCH was a shopping area with CVS and Ralph’s. There are many stairs up to the entry and inside from first to second floor. However this was not a problem for us and we are in our late 70’s. The units are just off the PCH and there is traffic noise with the sliding doors open. However closing the doors blocks 99% of this noise. We didn’t use the pool but the pool and spa area looked great.I would highly recommend staying here, and Judy, the host, is a joy to work with. Very easy check-in and check-out, and she’s very quick to respond to all questions."

"Clean room, extremely kind and courteous staff but check-in went a little awry. The valet had our luggage sitting for over an hour before delivering to our room, so we missed planned beach relaxation time before rushing to our dinner reservation at Geoffrey’s. It was as though the guests who checked-in after us were attended to and accommodated before we were as the lobby / check-in area were clear as we waited. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. We would just appreciate a bit more attention to detail in guest prioritization practices. Wishing you all continued success!"

"We had a nice time at this property. Pros: we liked the location and beach access. It was quiet and peaceful. I’m glad the property was pet friendly and close to nice restaurants. The appliances were high-end and beds were comfortable. Cons: property needs some minor repairs (sliding door comes off the track, slow draining shower). Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"I've given every category 1 star simply because it would not allow me to get to the written review otherwise. Highlights: First full day I spent buying my own towels and sheets. Had my personal housekeeper in to clean for 5 hrs. She returned the next day for same. Cobwebs everywhere. Dingy, threadbare towels and sheets. Had the three overnight guests who visited during my stay bring their own sheets and towels. "Primary" bath was 1970's tract house aesthetic, and not in a good way. Every drawer and cabinet filthy and filled with half used personal care products and half-eaten food in kitchen. Because I was traveling alone, had a busy schedule and a lot of luggage, I decided to stay rather than find another disappointing VRBO property and relocate.My housekeeper's cleaning made it somewhat bearable. I left the moment my business was completed, a full 7 days early. Unless you are looking for frat house vibe, don't. Just don't.I have pictures to prove what I say."

"This house was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house. Right on the ocean and one with a story. The house was built in the 30’s and is charming. It has a lot of places to hang out. The day bed off the bar area turned out to be a very popular chill spot. If you are looking for a new build modern 2 dimensional house this may not work for you. This house did not disappoint. Recommend. "
