Hotel provided a dirty iron which stained shirt and then insisted it was my fault for not using it properly. Poor customer service.

The minute you walk in the door we felt like it was a wonderful place. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and modern. Best part of the hotel is the breakfast area with a beautiful view. If you enjoy the gym, it’s a 10/10. Will definitely be back!

My stay was very comfortable. Ample waters in room is much appreciated and the breakfast was excellent. Very nice rooms, bar and restaurant options and good location.

Good hotel, great location, the windows of the rooms are very dirty from outside in a way that you can not see any view of the city. And the windows in the regular rooms are small and and very high so that you need to stand exactly by the window to see through it. All in all good.

This is a great new hotel in the Ramallah area. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. In addition, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar, all of which had great service and food.

Great experience.
An amazing experience in this hotel. Super clean, tasty local food and great service. The hotel team and employees are very helpful and they accommodate requests quickly and easily. I held most of my business meetings there and was great.
