The staff were so friendly and the hotel comfortable, clean, and charming. All kinds of sweet special touches—we liked the slippers, robe, and the delicious fresh breakfast.

This hotel is a scam. My room wasn’t ready. Breakfast is minimal, there’s no bar or restaurant, and the hotel refused to refund me for unused nights until Hotels.com management got involved. Avoid staying here. Also, the cleaning crew doesn’t know how to read “do not disturb” signs and will enter the room without knocking. No privacy, no manners.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Excellent location. The only thing is, at night, the outdoor gate is locked and sometimes the doorbell doesn't work so it's a bit of a hassle trying to get someone's attention to get inside. But besides that, all great!

Amazing and charming cute hotel, my room was very clean and comfortable. Did not try the food as I mostly ate outside the hotel while sightseeing. The 2 gentlemen I dealt with at the Front desk were very helpful with recommendations and ideas around where to go and best times to go to avoid traffic and crowds.

Beautiful, warm, friendly. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and welcome. Very comfortable room and bed with all the appointments you could want. Excellent attention to detail makes for a wonderful experience. And it's a perfect location for a visit to Ramalah.

Lavender Boutique Hotel is now on my list of places to return. I can only praise the management for providing an excellent environment (from the rooms to the garden to the rooftop terrace. And the buffet breakfast (optional) is superb.

Gracious hospitality near the center of the city

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well maintained, and well located near the middle of Ramallah--there is much within walking distance. But the real attraction is not the building itself or the place but the warmth, graciousness, and responsiveness of everyone associated with the hotel. I was there for close to two weeks on a work trip, and I never tired of the place--and a similar length of stay, even in a large, luxury hotel would not have worn nearly as well.
