Stunning 4 Season Family Friendly Lake House with Hot Tub

This fully licensed, stunning four season waterfront Lake House on Lake St. John provides space and comfort for the entire family both inside and out. Inside you’ll find a very comfortable and spacious layout, on the main floor you’ll find a large open kitchen, large dining table, wood stove, a heated Muskoka room with a hot tub and seating area, living room with propane fireplace and a view of the lake, complete with an upright piano. The kitchen Is fully stocked with spices, tinfoil, utensils, coffee, and dishwasher pods for the dishwasher. Also on the main floor is 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds,  and one with a double. One with queen bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower.

Upstairs you’ll find 2 large bedrooms both with king beds, one with an ensuite, propane fireplace, and balcony. On the same floor, you’ll also find a peloton bike, tv area, and a games room with a dart board, air hockey table and a stand up arcade game. For easy morning routines there are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor, one full bathroom upstairs featuring a walk-in shower and a clawfoot bathtub, and a powder room. 

We provide all linens, towels, and beach towels and some firewood. 

Outside we have a large dock where you can watch the wildlife and seaplanes land, fire pit with Muskoka chairs, 2 kayaks, canoes, life jackets, & paddles.  

Other things to note: 

There is a small regional airport across the street where small Cessnas and seaplanes occasionally land. At the airport there is a fabulous restaurant should you not feel like cooking a meal or two, they have a patio on the water. You may occasionally hear the airplanes, that only serve to offer a pleasant ambient sound. If you’re lucky, you may see one land on the water!

Ramara has a zero policy for fireworks which will result in a $5,000 fine.
