Enclosed environment on private land (very close to a campsite on the farm) closed by an automatic gate with digicode, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and not overlooked.<br>Swimming pool with alarm<br>2 terraces:<br>- a terrace located due east (with shade cloth) in front of the living room with a large table and chairs, 1 gas barbecue and 1 plancha,<br>- a terrace located due east in front of the bedroom with a round wrought iron/glass table, chairs, and an electric external blind. <br>The villa consists of:<br>- an air-conditioned entrance, with bay windows, opening onto the garden (a large glass door gives direct access to the living room),<br>- an air-conditioned dining room, and the large bay window allows you to take full advantage of the view of the garden (this room opens onto the kitchen and a bedroom),<br>- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, 4 hotplates (induction), dishwasher, coffee makers, etc.,<br>- an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa for 3-4 people, an armchair, ottomans and coffee tables, a 127cm plasma screen, a Wifi terminal and a large storage cupboard, <br>- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 (which can be combined to make a bed of 180 x 200) with bedside tables, side table and large closet.
