"Exceptional hospitality and a truly refreshing experience. Around Rameshwaram, it’s rare to find a place that offers both comfortable accommodation and fresh, quality food. "Highlights: Clean room, helpful staff, convenient location for temple darshan, everything was close to perfect.
Suggestion: The breakfast could have been better with at least some bread with jam/butter."
"What an overrated hotel with one of the worst services & conditions I’ve stayed in
I don’t know why people have left good reviews when there is no communication- no customer service & no understanding of basic etiquette
I ordered evening meal from the menu - 10 mins later was told that spring roles were not available - Thali was not available - naan bread was not available
I asked for French fries & waited for over 1/2 hr until meal was finished to be told I could not have fries in the restaurant but could order them as room service
What nonsense - I complained to the restaurant manager who refused to give us the fries
Complained at front desk manager who apologized & said we could have them in the restaurant but by this time we were so annoyed & refused to even entertain him
Asked for a sprite & Pepsi - waited 10 mins to be told only had Pepsi - I went to the fridge & saw a whole shelf of sprite & asked them what was that - no reply
To make it worse they added the fries to my bill which made me angry even more
No sea view - just a disgusting wall
Room was ok except the bathroom being a wet room & old & rusty
Don’t be deceived by the photographs
Pls don’t ruin your stay by going to this hotel
There is no zero star rating as this is what I would give them
Ruined by rameshwaram experience "
"Nice clean lobby, room, and bathroom. King size bed nicely made. Fresh towels clean. Floors and walls shiny and clean. Coffee/ tea machine in room good quality. Even provided tooth brush and toothpaste.
Hotel location in interior road, approach to the hotel not clean. Shower / bathing area not separated from toilet, making the entire bathroom wet after showering — this is common problem in India. Indians need to recognize that bathrooms should be kept dry"
"What I liked
Excellent location — just about 150–200 meters from Rameshwaram railway station, very easy to walk with luggage.
Close to Ramanathaswamy Temple (around 1.5 km), convenient for temple visits.
Rooms with balconies, which is very useful in a pilgrimage town for drying clothes after temple rituals.
Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and AC works well.
Overall a decent 3-star hotel.
In-house restaurant available — breakfast is decent and reasonably priced.
Check-in and check-out were smooth.
What could be improved
Room service and issue resolution need to be more proactive.
We had an AC leakage issue — staff did respond and offered a room change, but reminders were needed.
Communication at the reception can vary depending on the staff member.
Lunch and dinner food quality could be better compared to breakfast.
Occasionally there was a mild sea/seaweed smell, which may happen in coastal areas."
