"Key problems were that hotel wasn’t in the town advertised (it was in Ramgarh and not Fatehpur as advertised) and nor was the room we were allocated anywhere near the size or standard of the one advertised. We felt very let down with what we felt was a very basic and seriously overpriced room. Some other aspects of what was advertised also turned out to be inaccurate. "Overall the stay was not good as we had some issues with staff response. It looked like enough attention was not paid to guests, in terms of preparation of dinner (which took over 2 hours) and only one option in breakfast (parantha n curd). Also there are issues with electricity and we were left alone in the haveli. The staff and owner did not even care to turn the power backup on. They didn’t even thought of guests experiencing inconvenienece. Also they were not even courteous to apologize to...
