Rammenau is situated in a gently rolling landscape characterised by meadows, forests, and ponds, which is ideal for hiking and biking. The village is also an ideal starting point for visiting the cities of Dresden, Bautzen, and Görlitz, as well as for hikes in Saxon Switzerland.
