We are a senior couple in our 60s and we absolutely loved our stay at Tarangi resort. We had a room overlooking the river side and the views were mesmerizing. The hospitality of the staff members and the quality of food also added to the experience highly.

This property is outstanding ! From rooms , restaurants , food , ambience , garden , staff . All are great . Our room had issue that water flow from shower head , hand shower etc all were very slow and team was not able to improve it . This was the only negative . Otherwise , we had all meals included , even high tea was good ! One can walk down to Kosi river , for river side feel ! Would love to come back

The rooms are a little worn out but not bad at all. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was not the friendliest as compared to other hotels in this state. The property is large and very beautiful. Would definitely revisit if the price is better. Felt overpriced for the quality

I recently stayed at Tarangi Resort, Jim Corbett. The location of the resort is beautiful and peaceful, making it a good choice for nature lovers. However, the property itself feels quite old and is not maintained as well as expected for the price charged. The rooms are outdated and require renovation. Basic maintenance is needed, as I noticed issues like loose door handles and signs of wear and tear throughout the room. Considering the room tariff, the quality and condition of the rooms did not meet my expectations. The food was one of the better aspects of the stay. The dinner menu had good variety, the food quality was good, and breakfast was decent. The dining area is spacious, clean, and well maintained. One area that needs significant improvement is room service. The response time was very slow, and it often took longer than expected to receive assistance. Overall, the resort has a great location and good food, but the rooms and maintenance need serious attention to justify the price. I would rate it as an average property and hope the management invests in upgrading the rooms and improving service. One more disappointing aspect of my stay was that I had booked the room on a Full Board (all meals included) basis and paid extra for this package. However, I did not receive the included lunch, which was worth approximately $ 20. Since I had already paid for the full-board plan, I expected all meals to be provided as promised. This was an unnecessary inconvenience and

Food quality is amazing, lord of the drinks located inside the property, staff is super helpful, river access (though the area isn’t clean), kids play area and plenty of places to relax and enjoy. Overall we had a great time at Tarangi resort.
