9.2/10 Wonderful! (992 reviews)
Firstly, there is a 139 dollar resort fee which I was not informed of. I ordered room service 2 of the items did not arrive. I went down to politely ask for our missing items. I was told to calm down, and sit down. The staff was treating me that I was speaking another language finally the manager came and told us he would refund the order. This never happened. Also our tv in our room wasn’t working. I tried calling reception multiple times but no one ever answered. I would like to receive my 139 dollars back. I don’t feel like I was treated like I was at a resort.
