"They would not give me a towel at the pool without drivers license!! I had my room key for verification. I did not want to walk all the way up to my room for my license, plus I never take my drivers license to a hotel pool because I don’t want to lose it. while I was waiting for a towel, I called the hotel and the representative that answered told the girls to give me a towel. I also talked with a pool supervisor and told him this is a ridiculous rule."

"All good issues about trying to charge for early Check in $50. In the end got in at 2pm and no charge. Never been charged for early check in unless 10am. "

I would caution that it’s not necessarily family friendly in that the pool is like that of the casino where a lot of people that are not staying there come to party loudly. The pool is very crowded.
