**SECURITY CAMERAS**
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing all entrances and the pool area.

**HOT TUB USAGE**
One hour of hot tub use per night booked is included at no extra cost. The heating time (about 1 hour) is not deducted from your included time. This time can be used altogether or split between separate occasions. Extra time can be requested for an added fee.

**EVENTS AND WEDDINGS**
Events and weddings of up to 50 people are allowed with an added fee. No fee is required for 20 or fewer guests. Maximum of 20 guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Maximum of 25 cars allowed on the property. Quiet hours (no loud outside noise) begin at 10pm. Please inquire about hosting an event prior to booking.

**SPA SERVICES**
Guests have a complete wellness spa at their disposal with the latest technology and trained professionals. Ask about our spa services and treatments. Must be booked 2 weeks prior to stay.

**CHEF SERVICES**
Leave the stress of cooking behind. Our chef services allow you to curate a menu to your liking and can accommodate dietary restrictions. Please inquire at least 6 weeks in advance.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please gather any used towels and place them in a pile on the floor of the bathroom, or in front of the laundry.

Take out all trash bins (including small ones) and place in the gray bin. Recycling can be placed in the blue bin.

Make sure all doors are fully closed by pulling up the handle and locked. The handle should not turn if it is locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Full Circle Farms - A Beautiful Wedding Venue

My wife and I were recently married at Full Circle Farms and had the absolute BEST experience! Not only is the property stunning with incredible views and decorative woodworking throughout, but also a cozy and intimate setting for our wedding! Our guests constantly mentioned how beautiful the home was, and the location was a perfect choice for an up-scale "backyard wedding". You cannot go wrong with choosing this location, and the host was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spectacular wedding venue that can also accommodate 20 guests to stay overnight!
