"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "
