"I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the basic necessities provided. It would be nice if there was coffee on the premises but for the price it was a good nights sleep. "

"Relatively clean and Spartan in amenities. A good utilitarian place to stay in LA but was not very comfortable according to my rather sybaritic standards. "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love it! The location is great, the staff are wonderful and our dog loves the calm nature in our room. 10/10. "
Dunes Inn Wilshire - In Los Angeles (Downtown Los Angeles)
10/10 Excellent
"I love the Dunes because it’s usually quiet and safe. The location is excellent from any point I need to go.
One thing that bothers me is that there are NO side lamps next to the beds. Only glaring lights from the ceilings. You used to have side lamps which gave the rooms a nice ambiance. Makes the rooms look like a YMCA without them. Also, need to upgrade your towels. The quality is pretty awful and cheapens the room. Other than that, it’s amazing. I’ve been staying there for almost 30 years off and on. "
"Front desk Martha was amazing. Supwr helpful. 12/19-12/21 checkout. Rooms on first floor have tall ceilings and big rooms. Love all the USC photos & room decor "
