"The staff was friendly, the room looked clean. The one thing I would say to travelers is that the word “hotel” to me implied that the room doors faced inside an indoor hallway, and the doors of the rooms actually faced the outside. For $20 you can park your car in the hotel lot, and the staff said that there were security guards. Panera restaurant is co-located, which is convenient."

"The fire pit that was at the jr. suite was great, our son had fun. The online downside to our stay was our king size bed. The mattress was uncomfortable, we recently stayed at the Yaamava resort and the mattress felt like a cloud. The box spring was also outdated."

"I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Downtown/Little Italy and overall had a great experience. The location is easily the highlight—right in the heart of Little Italy, with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront all within walking distance. It’s perfect if you want to explore San Diego without needing to drive everywhere."

"Everything was very nice. Water pressure was severely lacking. Made taking a shower feel like a poor experience. Could use an update."

"My check in supposed to be at 4 and the room was ready until 7pm… and it is incredible that with just a sorry it’s been super busy! The justification! I was with another two groups our room was not ready.. our schedule for dinner and everything was moved because of that. And the receptionist ask us to leave the room at 10am. With no consideration of the almost 4 hours of delay!!!"
