"No robes no slippers no complementary water"

"We stayed 4 nights Ayres hotel at Orange. We booked a 2 queen bed suite. The room was big including bath tub. Property is clean and kept well. Has all amenities like gym, laundry, ice machine, swimming pool - all well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good with hot and cold menu’s. The hotel also provides free EV charging. Has around 8 stations. Its first come first serve and has a rotation policy if there are more guests who wants to use. Else one can use over night. Staffs are so welcoming and courteous. You could hear little street noise but it’s not bothering. We would love to come back. "

"Pool was excellent actually took advantage before check in- breakfast was good - good size selection custom omelets - needed a last minute hotel as we decided to stay a extra night- and it was worth it everything from front desk check in to check out - also the Hilton brand ambassador gave us so much information on future travel it was overall excellent stay "

"Honestly, the were going through renovations in the lobby and not an issue. That is normal as things improve. The problem was the room wasnt clean and never cleaned once while we were there. The other issue, my goodness the food was so bad. Just dont eat a buffet in this place. It honestly was something we will laugh about for a long time. "

"I liked that there wasn’t carpet in the rooms, but my floor was gross. There were hairs and dust in lots of places. I feel like they did the bare minimum in cleaning. The shower was nice, I will say that. The check in staff was rude, and the freeway noise was crazy loud. The air conditioner made weird clicking noises and it was just overall not a great stay. I won’t stay here again. "

"Stumbled onto this hotel when our flight was canceled and we were unable to fly out until the next morning. Our trip was originally just a fly in and out in a day so we had nothing with us. The hotel staff was very friendly and they provided use with basic toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs. We were only there for the evening but from what we saw the property was nice and our room was clean and comfortable. They also run a shuttle to the airport so we were able to easily return the next morning. This staff and the service provided made our difficult situation better. I would definitely consider staying there in the future and recommend this property to others. "
