Front door of 14 West is tucked away and has a sign on the door No Trespassing Private Property, no hotel name on it. Couldn't call a local number. We finally figured it out. "Apartment is not as advertised. There is no beach trail at all. No beach access by foot. You have to drive if you want to go to a beach or the pier or shopping/resturants. There is no A/C which by itself is okay in that there are ocean breezes that help a lot but the windows must always be open which means hearing the Amtrack train at all hours and multiple times during the night along with the noise of very close neighbors. The apartment itself is very very nice. It has a nice ocean view...
