"The bed was flat so it was painful. I was afraid to use the shower with all the build up on it and no water pressure. The tv did not work the box for it had been ripped off the wall. Top drawer was broken. The faucet at the sink was not connected and moved. The elevator has graffiti the place was a mess and charges too much for being so bad. The toilet seat they had replaced didn’t even fit the toilet."

"I was on a 3 week vacation. Stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Starting with the lady who checked us in. She was so nice and professional. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We will stay here again if traveling to Placerville."

"This is my go-to every time! It feels safe here (I love that it’s gated with key entry), the rooms are always clean, I’ve never seen bugs or roaches, it’s pet friendly, it’s got the cheapest deposit of all the hotels in this area, great rates, price matching & you can’t beat the location! It’s right off of the 99 freeway, there’s lots of stores, gas stations & it’s not far from local landmarks. All the staff here is friendly and patient but SANDY always makes my experience super easy and she’s so helpful, patient and kind. She made me want to come back over and over again, her customer service is top tier! Also, the manager here (Serena) is very kind and accommodating and fair. You won’t be disappointed."

"The room was dirty, there was no topper or a remote for the tv , we called and it took a while to bring them . Which in my opinion should already be there along with a clean room . The covers smelt like they hadn’t been washed. "

"The continental breakfast was basic And tasteless It offers waffles, toast, and muffins, breakfast cereal, some fruits, and bananas It is very clean, but the egg breakfast is very basic and tasteless The housekeeping was exemplary The front desk staff was exemplary They would stay there again, but I would bring my own breakfast"

"Accessible room had floor tiles lifting which were a trip hazard. Duvet must have been put on the bed wet, bc the center of the mattress was wet (not stained just wet). Called down, no one answered phone, went down and was told someone would bring new bedding up. 45 minutes later I went down and the clerk handed me bedding to change it myself."
