"I stayed at the Ariston Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is very difficult to access, especially by car. The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient. The reception staff, in several instances, did not seem adequately prepared to assist guests or handle requests efficiently. This negatively impacted the overall experience. The rooms are quite basic, particularly the bathrooms, which feel outdated and poorly equipped. The amenities provided are minimal and below what one would expect for this type of hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast is very good, with a decent variety and quality. Despite this, I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"The staff were accommodating and friendly, from the valet, front desk, Concierge (Daniele) to the resident piano player (Carmello). The room was large and had an amazing sea view. We would definitely return."

"Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and a really enjoyable start to the day. Our room—with the terrace view—was absolutely stunning and a highlight of the stay. The hotel ended up being our favorite of the entire Sicily trip. Valet parking was seamless and very convenient, which made everything feel easy from the moment we arrived. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and special—definitely a place we’d return to."

"Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else! "

"The staff is very nice. Our room smelled funny. It was pretty hot in the room one of the days. We thought maybe it was because it was hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on, but they have the air-conditioning shut off. The only option was heat. They told us to open the window. We were right by the street so that really wasn’t great but it was the only option. We realized the problem is actually that the bathroom smelled funky. If we kept the bathroom door closed all the time the room did not smell bad but the bathroom smelled even worse. It must come from the drains because we noticed that the cleaning staff always closed the bathtub and sink drains. The location was okay. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center. There was no restaurant for dinner so had to leave the hotel. Unfortunately it was rainy and cold so that was kind of miserable. There are no amenities except a pool. "
