"I was at Viscount Suites from 4/8-4/11/2026. The room was ok for cleanliness but the furniture, bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets, TVs, and drapes are very much outdated. Everything in this hotel needs updated. The lights in the hallways are very dim."

"If I were to create a home from my dreams this would be it. It is clear how much intention, personality, and experience has gone into the creation of this space and its essence is truly special. Our stay was equally as vibrant as the home and filled with walks to the Ethiopian coffee shop and restaurant just up the street. The neighborhood is filled with life and incredibly friendly. I could not recommend this space enough to a person looking to feel like they've stepped into an artists mind and world and/or looking for recluse in the form of good books and bird sounds. "This was the perfect stay for our family! The house is very close to U of A and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The host is extremely responsive and responded to any message within the hour. They catered to our every need! "

"Our second room was clean. I called ahead to ask if we could come early and was told “yes”. The first room was not made up. The second room was perfect except for the door lock, which was repaired the next day after I told the front office about it. I was disappointed that we did not get breakfast included because I got a good rate thru Expedia. I do not travel that much any more and did not understand how that works. We had a good stay!"

"Very reasonable price for this stay, we appreciated the cleanliness and also the clear description of what to expect when we arrived to that area. The area itself was very quiet and diverse, we never felt unsafe. Very close to the downtown and airport which we appreciated. For a smaller house it worked for the 6 of us that went, the bathrooms are small but we made it work and made use of the space. If you want an affordable, clean stay then this is right up your alley! "
