"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. My only concern was that one of the electronic window opening/light settings in my room did not work and although I reported it the day I checked in, it still had not been repaired when I left. Also the lamb for dinner at Peppina (the main dining room restaurant) was so rare it was closer to raw – I had asked for medium"
