"The hotel is was in a good location for us as we took the ferry to Westman Island. Car ride was to ferry was 30 minutes. Hotel Check in was easy. The room was plain but cosy and had an outside patio. Breakfast was excellent but we were disappointed with the dinner menu. Menu was similar to another hotel and not as tasty."

"This was a lovely place to stay! We came in from the Laugavegur trail and for similar money it was a nice upgrade compared the huts we had stayed in prior (though those were quite good as well). The staff was very helpful, the facilities were great, and the location was lovely. If you’re not hiking in you definitely need to take a bus here! It’s not cheap but it’s really necessary unless you’ve got a serious off-road vehicle."

"Be aware check in is 4 pm - no exceptions and there’s no way/place to store bags, hang out, etc. We were really late check in and early check out so we didn’t get to use hot tub but hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast had hot and cold options. We walked to waterfall before having breakfast (available 8-10) and were the only ones at the waterfall"

"The properties clean new and the staff are very welcoming. Rooms are small and no provision for charging your phones or tablets, which was disappointing since they were in need of charging. Found out a check out that you can get a charger at the front desk.Restaurant was excellent very high-end quality food."
