We spent Christmas here and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. A true white Christmas with beautiful views in every direction. The location was excellent, and the condo was ideal for our big family—spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. We made wonderful holiday memories and would absolutely stay again.

Great place. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Only comment anyone had was some of the beds were uncomfortable. This is the second time I've rented from Morton and Furbish and they are wonderful to work with.

Great for families
We had a great stay at Rock Pond Green Drake 31. The unit is great for families with both lots of beds and a variety of sleep arrangements for children (bunkbeds in one room and bunkbeds plus a full size bed in a second kids room with a TV, playstation and Nintendo Wii) as well as lots of games, toys for younger kids, and other activities for adults including puzzles. This is a condo that the owner clearly uses and it shows as the kitchen is functional with a variety of staples (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, coffee, etc) as well as everything you need to cook in plus a waffle iron, griddle, slow cooker, etc. Location is about as good as it gets at Saddleback for ski in/out. you have to do a very small traverse to ski out but then can ski back in directly.
