Rangeley Lake House 75 Feet from Waters Edge

  • This property has a protected private boat dock and has a swimming area and swim dock for the summer fun. For the winter there is skiing with-in 15 minutes and there is direct access to the snowmobile trails. With three full baths this house makes it easy to get the family ready for what ever activities you have planned.

    There is a 75 acre wild life preserve, Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust, with a hiking trail just outside the door. This is your view from the house and deck. You get to watch nature not other houses.

    Russell Cove is located just off of City Cove which is the center of Rangeley and is a great in town location. Town is just a walk a way but it does not feel like it when your on the deck. This property is very kid friendly it has a common area with a fire pit and an area for kids to play or to just relax.
