Whether you're here for winter adventures or a cozy retreat in the mountains, this condo offers comfort, space, and unbeatable location.

Inside, the main living room features a warm and inviting wood-burning fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. On the lower level, you'll find a second living space complete with a wood stove, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out—kids downstairs, adults upstairs, or everyone together around the fire. The home is designed for easy, stress-free stays with a full washer and dryer, making it ideal for longer trips or families with lots of gear. The dedicated entryway/mudroom provides the perfect place to store skis, boots, jackets, and winter accessories.

Spacious, well-equipped, and just steps from the slopes, this Rock Pond condo offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for your next Saddleback getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Queen, Second Bedroom Upper Level King, Third Bedroom Upper Level Queen and Twin, Fourth Bedroom Lower Level King. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

We love staying here. The location is great. We really appreciate that the sellers/cleaners leave lots of paper goods. We have stayed in many different rentals in different locations, and it is annoying when that is not done. This unit is well appointed and has all the conveniences of home. Highly recommend it.

Roomy "condo"

There were 8 of us, all adults, who stayed here and we had plenty of space between all 3 floors. The kitchen was a little tight so only one or two of us could be in there at a time but that's fine. The beds were super comfortable and the location is walking distance to the Saddleback Lodge, and ski in/ski out which was ideal for us. Highly recommend this place for large groups! We all loved it!

The condo was everything we expected it to be, spacious, beautiful and can also boast a well-stocked kitchen! I would rate our experience a 5 star if there were stairs off the back deck toward the ski trails and lifts. It was very difficult walking around the condo in very deep, crusty snow and whipping winds to get there. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and a great time with the whole family. Thank you!

Place was great...just as advertised. Location was key for skiing with young kids. Condo came stocked with games, firewood, and furnishings. Plenty of room. Highly recommend!
