"Pros: L'hôtesse, Corinne, était aux petits soins. Elle a veillé tard pour nous permettre un checking de nuit, ce qui fut très appréciable après un trajet pénible. "Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock. When he did arrive (short male with short dark hair) he was miserable,unwelcoming and didn’t tell us any of the usual information such as breakfast times and location or pool opening times. The pool area also had a disgusting looking area of water that was there before you had a chance to avoid it and couldn’t avoid it if you wanted to access the pool! Looking dirty and not nice at all!"

"Lovely elegant old hotel that has been modernised over time. Spacious, clean bedroom and ensuite, very comfortable beds. Quiet and private, with a delicious breakfast on offer. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, very effective air conditioning. Well located hotel with nearby parking available, would highly recommend and would love to stay again :)"

"Parking at this hotel is a bit tricky. The back lot filled up very quickly and there was no in/out availability after they closed the gate at midnight. Hotel itself was good. Had a fridge with cold Alsace water (complimentary) waiting for us after we check in. Staff was friendly. Room was a good size. We booked a deluxe room with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. One of the twin beds was a pull out bed from the couch. It was fine but if the person sleeping on it was taller it would have been a bit of an issue."
