"The experience from registration to checkout at this hotel was quite disappointing. Initially, upon check-in, access to the building was restricted until a driver's license was presented, and a temporary swipe card was issued for entry. Despite eye contact made by the two female staff members at the counter, I still had to ring the bell to summon assistance, provide my driver's license, and wait several minutes. The breakfast, which was advertised as hot or warm, consisted only of toast and oatmeal as warm offerings, with no warm protein sources available; the only protein options were yogurt. While I appreciate efforts to preserve towels, the towels provided had noticeable thin spots through which one could see. The staff behind the counter were somewhat unfriendly, whereas the cleaning personnel and hallway attendants were consistently courteous and helpful."
