    This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs unit offers a warm, modern space ideal for short stays, travel assignments, or in-between housing.

    The home features a bright living room, hardwood flooring in the main areas, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, clean linens, and plenty of storage. Fast WiFi, smart TV, and on-site laundry are included to make your stay easy.

    Located on the quiet south side of Rapid City near St. Patrick and 5th Street, you’ll be just minutes from Monument Health, downtown, groceries, and restaurants. The home has a private entrance, driveway parking, and a fenced yard area available for use.

    We offer flexible stay lengths, nightly, weekly, month to month, with the option for longer extensions for the right fit. This space is best suited for one couple or a single professional. Dogs are welcome with approval, no breed restrictions. No cats.
