2023 Family Getaway

This was a great place to stay. Super cute house that has been modernized and very clean. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Great communication with the owners and great location to many of the tourist attractions.

A Little Gem

We loved our stay at this VRBO! The interior is just as pictured - clean, bright, modern and cozy! It’s centrally located to everything in Rapid and is perfect for families! Our kids (ages 2 and 4) loved the giant bath tub and playground outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location!

Our family of five stayed here for several nights. The house was great, comfortable, very clean, and nicely updated. Trista was available and accommodating with any questions. The location of the house was convenient for all our sightseeing. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

Stayed nine days with our family. The house was cute, clean & perfect for us. The only thing I would change is adding another piece of sitting furniture in the living area and maybe mixing bowls in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Family vacation

We stayed here in our recent family vacation down to the black hills. It was the perfect location, close to all the attractions. Very clean home i a. Nice neighborhood. Our two toddlers loved the swing set in the back yard. The living room was nice and cozy and prefect for a movie night.

Mt Rushmore/Yellowstone

This property was perfect for us. We were 5 adults and 2 children. We used it as a base for exploring the area. We brought all of our food for the trip with us so the huge refrigerater was great. The grandkids enjoyed the playground equipment in the backyard. The property was very clean and comfortable. The large jacuzzi tub was amazing. 10 out of 10, would stay again.

Very clean. Well-equipped kitchen & bathroom. Quite comfortable for 6 or fewer people. Owner responded immediately to our questions. Convenient to major attractions. Could use more furniture in living area. A washer/dryer would have been a nice addition. Overall we highly recommend staying here.

Girls trip

Property was cute. Backyard wasn't well maintained so we didn't use it. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have coffee available for in the morning. Owner very responsive when contacted about the missing air mattress and had a brand new one delivered within an hour along with donuts and juice.

Family of 5 Home Base for Black Hill Adventures

We recently stayed at this modern home in Rapid City and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the must-see attractions like Mount Rushmore, the Badlands, and the Black Hills. We loved being able to come back to a comfortable, clean space after a long day of exploring. The house itself was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, and the kids enjoyed it after spending lots of time outside. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well every night. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rapid City. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. They were always quick to answer our questions and provide helpful suggestions. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we had a great stay made the difference.

Simple, Clean, Wonderful!

We really loved staying in this home! It was simple enough to accommodate everything our group needed. It was very nicely redone and clean. I also felt it was kid friendly/childproofed enough for my very energetic 18 month old. There was no clutter or unnecessary decor to move/kidproof. The play set was also a huge hit with him! Our only (very minor) critiques were that the living room had few seating - just 1 sofa. A group larger than us (3 adults, 1 child) would not have been able to lounge/gather comfortably there together. We also wish there were room darkening shades on the bedroom windows. However, both of these things were accurately displayed in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise and we planned accordingly. We also felt there could be a few more kitchen cooking utensils. We bought a plastic spatula because we didn’t want to ruin the pots/pans with the metal utensils provided. Everything else in the kitchen was fully furnished for our needs. Other than that, we loved everything and will absolutely be returning!
