Staff was great. The toilet in our room kept flushing every few minutes all night long. Also when we checked in we found out there was another fee for parking. It was a $10 fee in addition to the room charge!

I would give the hotel 5 stars because of how clean it is, how friendly the staff was and its location, but we had to pay a parking fee for the parking lot, I've never had to do that before, the water pressure was horrible, I never did get all the conditioner out of my hair, and it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel in 20 years.

I think $9 per night on site parking was a little ridiculous considering they didn’t have a dedicated parking lot (it was a lot that was shared by other hotels/businesses). Unless you were traveling with a bus group, I can’t imagine who is traveling in that area without their own car. Maybe you could reason that they make up for it by offering you a daily free item from their convenience corner/marketplace and then some other daily discounts. They also offered us a couple of dinner vouchers for another policy misunderstanding. Overall I appreicated their facility and their customer service. Considering switching over my Hilton loyalty 🤔

Inside the building, really not much not to be happy about. I think many folks would prefer breakfast included but it is understandable. Watiki is nice for the kids so access to that is good. Now what wasn’t the greatest: parking can kind of suck. Which isn’t great when you’re paying for parking when the rest of the other hotel guests for the hotels that share the lot aren’t doing parking passes. Very little parking is close to good access into the building. So be prepared to walk and carry your stuff a fair way. We were located towards the east side of the building yet we couldn’t really park over there, forcing us to park to the west and had to walk a fair distance every time. Watiki can get crowded for a Saturday night, lack of enough chairs/tables can make it tough if you don’t get there early enough. Overall, it is the nicest hotel out of the 5 on the complex, but the worst parking situation by far.

We booked a room with two queen bed and a couch bed. It was spacious. Room was clean. The grill bar had nice breakfast. What I didn’t like may be trivial. There is no hooks for hanging clothes or towels in the room, which was very inconvenient for me. The AC was too loud. The curtain couldn’t fully cover the window. And because our room was facing the highway, there was light coming through the window in the night, plus traffic noise. The bed and the pillow are too soft and sinking. I couldn’t get good sleep for three nights.
