The highlight of this exquisite house is the massize living room, with comfortable seating areas looking out to the large deck and to Torch River. Other rooms on the first floor include a library, the perfect place to spend some down time. A large bathroom with double sink, rain shower and bidet. The dining room with a view of the river and table for 8. The kitchen includes all utensils, appliances, and service settings for eating in as well as an extra large eat-at bar. You won't want to leave the relaxing sunroom where you can soak up the morning sun with a good book while keeping an eye on the river. The first floor also has a extra large bedroom with a double and a queen bed and ensuite.

The additional 3 bedrooms are located up the spiral staircase. All bedrooms include blackout curtains, new beds, new pillows and new linens to ensure a great nights sleep. All bedrooms also have a floor fan, towel rack, luggage stand, dresser. Upstairs rooms have a reading chair and lamp.

You can also indulge in a stocked coffee bar which includes coffee, tea, condiments, coffee maker (K-cups or drip), and espresso machine to get your mornings off to a great start.

The large deck and yard include 2 dining areas, new grill, plenty of room for lawn games and comfortable seating overlooking the river.

There is also a private dock with seating for fishing, watching the river go bye and mooring your boat.
