"Great property and very nice hotel. Restaurant upstairs was pricey for the quality of the food and drinks but the views made up for it. Overall a great property with the only real issue being that it was hotter than hell in Vienna for our trip and the A/C in our room was terrible. It kept the room survivable, but the room was at a steady 78-80f the entire time, which was hardly a reprieve. No fan to circulate air or anything either so we were constantly taking “cold” showers to cool off."

"A wonderful stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the beautiful, eclectic décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is managed by a young, friendly and attentive team who made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just steps from the underground and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The healthy breakfast buffet was also excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious choices to start the day. Overall, a charming hotel with lots of character, a great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely unique Brazilian theme. Our room was a suite with a balcony, so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. However, the curtains fell off the rods when opening the balcony door and there is no individual controlled air conditioning. We did receive a fan from the front desk which was fine. You can only receive free coffee in the lobby for a short time but you can go next door to their restaurant if you need refreshments. It was nice and quiet in the room but it's a long walk to sites. You will need to UBER or BOLT to get to any attractions."
