It was a truly amazing stay with staff who were incredibly attentive . We celebrated a birthday and were treated at every opportunity . I would definitely recommend the hotel if you would like to have a secluded hideaway with surrounding nature .
Perfect place to escape for one or two nights and completely disconnect.
Outstanding breakfast quality, both in variety and taste.
A truly unique desert setting, surrounded by nature and gazelles, creating a very special atmosphere.
We also booked a desert safari experience, which was excellently organized and added great value to the stay.
Private pool villas offer complete privacy, absolute peace, and comfort.
Impeccable cleanliness and top-tier quality of materials throughout the villa.
A truly one-of-a-kind experience that cannot be compared to standard luxury hotels.
Staff were highly professional and everything met exactly what I expect when staying at a hotel of this level.
Accommodation and food prices are on the higher side, but if you are looking for a memorable and unforgettable experience, this becomes secondary.
Final:
If you are searching for something truly special and different, this place delivers. Once you experience it, the price quickly fades into the background.
The overall experience was excellent, the staff are very polite and friendly, very professional and made our stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel territory is very nice and relaxing, we stayed at al rimal villa it is very spacious and comfortable.
Food was excellent also at Kahila restaurant.
Thank you for all you efforts.
Honestly Speeking it’s my favorite place. I just love it. Room, food and service are above of it all

Disappointing Stay – In Need of Better Maintenance
We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert and, unfortunately, were not impressed. The resort felt slightly scruffy and in need of better upkeep and maintenance.
Our accommodation—a tented villa with a private pool—was spacious and a nice feature, but it didn’t give us the “wow” factor we expected. Having previously stayed at a Ritz-Carlton in Thailand, which was immaculate, we found this resort lacking in comparison. Housekeeping was rushed, and dust had built up in several areas. Outdoor furniture was missing cushions, and the ones that were there had noticeable stains. Additionally, we noticed black mold under the outer edge of the tented roof and a broken fence post that needed painting.
The staff were polite and friendly, but the service didn’t meet the high standards we associate with the Ritz-Carlton brand. We were on a full-board package—breakfast was acceptable, but the dinner options across all three restaurants were underwhelming.
Ultimately, my wife and I enjoyed each other’s company and the privacy of our accommodation, but the resort itself fell short. It’s in need of a stronger maintenance program, and the rooms and exteriors could use refurbishment. Sadly, we wouldn’t return any time soon

Unfortunately I found a cockroach as I was going to the bathroom in the middle of the night which I guess happens in the middle of the desert but when we checked out I showed a picture of it to the person introducing himself as one of the managers, all I got was Thank you for Letting us know. No apologies at all. Luckily it was me seeing the suite’s pet and not my wife.
The place is not like any other Ritz-Carlton we have stayed at. We have stayed over 50 nights in the Ritz in the past 4 years in 3 different countries. It is run down and in desperate need of renovation.
The Ritz experience truly amazes you. From the moment you step in, the staffs all address you by your name, which is truly amazing. The staffs are always ready to serve, with much enthusiasm even though some of them were working the night before. It was truly an amazing stay, made special by the staffs. Kudos to Ritz. Will definitely return back in the future.
Just spent a wonderful three days here. The room and view were fabulous. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The rainforest and spa really worth utilising. A wonderful relaxing mini break. Thanks to all the staff who made it so enjoyable.

Hello. I stayed 2 night to celebrate my husband’s birthday weekends. Overall it was great to stay in the villa and pool however disappointed that did not get pre information gym and restaurant on the construction. The gym is temporary small space to use which is disappointed it. Also only two restaurant available during i stay , very very disappointed it. Its in the middle of desert which is no where to go eat outside.
It would be nice to let guest know if anything not available during the stay.
