Even in the new room there was a lack of hot water but then I couldn't take it anymore so I endured for three nights :-( The hotel is old and run down. The staff on the other hand do a fantastic job, they are very service minded so much of the misery made up for with a smile and good service, the only problem is that this hotel has expired :-( cannot be recommended :-( so stay away"
