Holiday apartment "On the Baltic Sea" – between Lübeck and the sea
Enjoy your holiday in our 44 m², cosy ground floor apartment with its own entrance - ideally located between the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck and the popular Baltic Sea beaches.
In just 10 minutes by car you can reach both Lübeck's old town and the nearest Baltic Sea beach.
Our apartment is located in a charming white bungalow with its own terrace and parking right outside the door. There are also good public transport connections.

Bei Ankunft deutlicher Hinweis auf Regelwerk. Eingangstür zur Wohnung klemmte, ebenso konnte die Schlafzimmertür nicht geschlossen werden. Diese musste offen bleiben, da defekt. Kein warmes Wasser, da der Warmwassererzeuger defekt war. Nach Auskunft des Klempners war dies der Vermieterin bekannt. Die abgebildete Terrasse lag direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, abgetrennt durch eine dünne Holzwand zum Bürgersteig, hinter der die Mülltonnen standen. Fernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. WLAN nicht funktionstüchtig, immer nur für Sekunden verfügbar. Tischlampen waren teilweise nicht zu gebrauchen, ebenso die Stehlampe. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und sind nur geblieben, weil wir Eintrittskarten für ein Konzert hatten.

freundliches Ambiente, Gastfreundschaft, gute Lage
Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sich um die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste bemüht. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür: Von einem nahe gelegenen Bahnhof kann man bequem zwischen Travemünde und Hamburg pendeln. Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad an der Ostsee möglich. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett. Freundliche Atmosphäre.
Cons: Probleme mit dem WLAN.

Pros: Zu Gast vom 24.03. bis 28.03.2018---Eine super schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem bestückt, was man braucht. Frau Grage, jetzt Frau Meyer, ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die alles sehr unkompliziert mit uns geregelt hat. Jederzeit würden wir wieder dort urlauben, zumal die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Sämtliche Ausflugsziele sind in Kürze zu erreichen, allerdings braucht es einen PKW um an die Küste zu kommen, aber das weiß man, wenn man in Sereetz bucht. Das Einkaufszentrum LUV und Spazierwege sind jedoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und würden sie sehr gern weiterempfehlen.
