Sailhouse Family Apartment

Family time across three floors: The Sailhouse in Ratekau-Sereetz offers 75 m², a private entrance, and a terrace. A kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, two sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and a bathroom with a large shower provide plenty of space for your holiday. Wi-Fi, Netflix, bed linens, and towels are included. Accommodates up to four guests, with a maximum of three adults. Important: The sleeping area in the basement is not lockable; the apartment is particularly well-suited for families.

The Accommodation
The Sailhouse is our family apartment with a private entrance and terrace. The approximately 75 m² are spread over three floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen-living area with a large dining table, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom. The terrace opens directly onto this area.PGJyPgPGJyPgThe basement houses the sleeping area with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and the bathroom with a large shower. This area does not have a door that closes off the kitchen-dining area.

On the upper floor, there is another sleeping area with a double bed (150 × 200 cm), a sofa, a TV, a PlayStation, and a private bathroom.

The apartment is designed for families and can accommodate a total of four guests, with a maximum of three adults. Wi-Fi, Netflix, bed linens, and towels are included.

Additional Important Information
Please note that the apartment is spread across three floors. The sleeping area in the basement is not lockable off from the kitchen-living room. For two couples, we therefore recommend separate apartments.

Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

Bedding and towels are included. Please enquire about any additional services you’d like before booking so we can confirm availability and costs.
