"When we reached there, we were told that they were already fully booked and no cottages were available for us. We did not find any other place nearby and had to leave immediately. "The resort is in very poor condition though we took A/c room the was not working and when the electricity was not there they had no any back generator too water supply was not there and when we asked the staff he said I don't know about it u call manager when we called manager he told water will be available after 20 mins but it came after 2 hours total it was a not worth to the money we spent"

"We had an absolutely awesome stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent.
