First, we travel with the Service dog and were charged to stay in a pet room that was higher than the price guaranteed on Expedia. Taxes were NOT included and added to increase the price more upon check in. When I questioned this, staff said it was “ because pet rooms only had king beds.” We had to go get a broom to sweep out our room because there was so much debris on the floor. Expedia says they offer a “cooked to order hot breakfast” but it was a very poor continental breakfast ( will include some picture.) There were two in our room, and we were charged for an extra person—according to the night clerk at check in. There was only two of us, yet the room signage said that there was no charge for up to three people. The morning staff was extremely pleasant and sorry for all the problems; the night staff was very young and an experienced. Finally, we were awakened early in the morning to loud music and voices from an apartment next to us. When we ask about this, the front desk clerk said that it was an employee that stays there. We won’t be back and it was a sad experience n

Our room was generally clean however there was mildew in the shower. Also, the toilet was so loose that it even wobbled when we flushed the toilet. Staff was very nice and appreciative that we notified them about the toilet. There is no dropbox that we could find to place our keys when we left as the office was not open at 6:50am.

I loved my stay at Casa Lemus! It was quiet and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. They even had a fridge and a microwave. I felt safe and slept well. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. A special shout out goes to Linda, who is super friendly and kind. Gracie, the housekeeper, does an excellent job. The restaurant is great with friendly wait staff and excellent food.

It was just cereal, danishes that were cut in four and put into sandwich nags, slices of bread in sandwich bags and some juice and coffee.what a dissapointment!!

Problem getting key card to work, had to get another (very helpful). Toilet paper on the dispenser in bathroom was wet (how?), found another roll to use. Only 4 tissues in dispenser. Homeless person in parking lot at night. Restaurant nice. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time I pass through.

Pics are not accurate. Place was filthy, actually didn’t say and found another hotel nearby. Guest check in is the same as the hostess station to the restaurant. When we asked staff how the restaurant was he said “eh it’s ok”. That was before we saw the room. Dusty, filthy carpet, bugs and standing water in the shower!

The breakfast was surprisingly good, better than advertised. All staff members were friendly. There were some maintenance issues with the room: stained carpet; accumulated dust on top of the headboard and closest shelf; spilled drink spots on the dresser top; broken drains to the tub and sink that had been removed; sagging shower curtain rod in need of repair; peeling paint in the bathroom; and, discoloration or mold between the base of the shower wall and tub because the opening was not adequately caulked.
