"We had 3 people in our room. There were only 2 towels. We called the front desk and they said they would have some sent to our room. One of us waited in the room and nobody ever showed up. Come to find out the housekeeping stops working at 5 and the front desk didn't tell us that. Therefore we borrowed some of the tiny towels from the swimming pool area. If you are staying here, make sure to check everything in your room before 5."

"On our return visit here the Assistant General Manager, helped me bring our luggage to the room. He was very gracious and welcoming. He remembered our previous problems with the ADA roll in shower and automatically brought extra towels. He refused any tip and said “Thank you for your service.”🙂 On October 5th the desk clerk took my information and printed our boarding passes from her printer when the business center printer was being difficult. And the desk attendant on October 6th at the butt crack of dawn helped us out to the Uber. These guys go above and beyond. We will be back!"
