"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again."

Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!"

The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, whether it was helping me with a broken phone charger, sorting out a coffee when the machine wasn’t working, or making my 4:00 a.m. check-out for an early airport departure completely seamless. Angelika deserves a special mention for her warmth and genuine care. I really appreciated our interaction, which made my stay even more memorable. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were peaceful and serene, making it the perfect environment for getting work done as well as relaxing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, thoughtful service, and a tranquil atmosphere."
