" + location for Rawai beach + helpful staff on arrival - poor/unclear check in instructions. We booked months in advance and only told on confirmation email that we had to contact the venue 24hrs before arrival. A reminder email would've been most useful. - we stayed in this condo complex 6yrs ago and returned due to prior experience being positive. This time round it appears to have been neglected some what. The wardrobe not functioning properly, toilet basin cracked. Bed fell apart 2nd night...

"Definitely one of the most comfortable places in Phuket to stay. Breakfast was unforgettable with everything from western and eastern and everything in-between. The workout area was sufficient for our needs. The pool area was relaxing. Right outside the hotel was one of the cleanest beaches around. Our room was perfect and the view was breathtaking. I cannot wait to come back to such a perfect getaway. Thank you for everything"

"Great room and bath, I particularly loved the shower! Beautiful room floors and wonderful bed and bedding. Great restaurant and wonderful food to accommodate my tastes and some easy Thai dishes that were just lovely. Naturally the staff was amazing! All of them were so friendly and remembered everything about me and my activities, room number and what I liked to eat for breakfast. It was so lovely to see their faces every morning for breakfast. Even the groundskeepers and other non hospitality staff were extremely friendly and kind. The pool was so cool! I was traveling with my friend’s family and the kids loved the dive platform and slide. I liked the slide very much myself. It was just beautiful and so inviting and refreshing around the pool area but I didn’t really partake in the bar but my friend’s family drank and ate and it looked delicious. Now for the serious part that I feel needs mentioning is the steep switchback paths leading to the upper rooms and the stairs leading down to the main resort areas. Mostly a lack of proper description in the listing on the Expedia app/web site. Also for a person or persons like me with physical mobility issues, the rooms on the upper levels are just dangerous to traverse and having had a better description of the property I would have made sure to book a room closer to elevators. The stairs and bridge to the building with the elevator were to steep and to dark at night. Loved the place and will be back!"

"loved the free shuttle to certain locations around the town. The space was very clean. Most of the facility members were nice. You had some one off. I would not recommend for small children or big family. We'll see maybe like teenagers and up that are mature because they're very big on being quiet example we are in the pool and it was two hours before it closed and they were telling us that we had to be quiet. They do not allow outside people to come in. We had a few friends that were staying at another hotel, but they weren't allowed to go in the pool with us."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing space throughout my stay. The attention to cleanliness and the overall presentation made it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The food also stood out. Meals were very nice, well prepared, and offered a good variety that catered to different tastes. I particularly appreciated the freshness and quality, as well as the pleasant dining experience. Equally impressive was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional, which made my stay run smoothly. Their willingness to help and positive attitude contributed greatly to the overall service quality. Finally, the hotel’s environment is excellent. The atmosphere felt calm and enjoyable, and the hotel maintained a great balance of comfort and convenience. Whether it was during mealtimes or downtime in the hotel, the surroundings consistently felt pleasant and well organized. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, great food, excellent staff, and welcoming environment."
