Perfectly suited for a couple or single, you’ll have everything you need for your perfect getaway. Saiyuan Buri Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood of Rawai, with a restaurant next door, 7/11, local eateries and coffee shops nearby. The Condo offers popular amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness room, free parking, security and CCTV. Enjoy green mountains and beautiful sunset views from the rooftop of the building.
With an open-plan design, the living room includes a kitchen, seating area with a sofa and a private balcony with tropical greenery view. The bedroom features a king bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
With a good selection of shops,restaurants and bars conveniently found nearby, a 6 minute drive to the beautiful Nai Harn beach as well as Rawai, Ya Nui and Kata beaches. Local stores and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive and shopping at Central festival is only a 20 minute drive.
