Cozy 3 bedrooms villa with 2 swimming pools

The Montaplan is situated just 2km from Rawai Beach, and 4km from Nai Harn Beach. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with a swimming pool, and a spacious one bedroom is a separate bungalow with its own pool just next to the main house. This tropical villa is the perfect choice for those who enjoy relaxing surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery and the convenience of location.

This beautifully decorated villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living space.

The perfect getaway oasis for a group of friends or family!

Space:
- a large living room with music & video system , LCD screen TV and worldwide TV channels.
- a fully equipped kitchen- with fridge, microwave, toaster,coffee maker, kitchenware etc.

Outside space
- The large terrace: it is used for the outside dining area, connected to the garden and swimming pool, relaxing time with the fresh green tropical garden, and pool deck space with deck chairs.

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning twice per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe

RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
