Duplex room, cooking facilities limited, good fridge, seating uncomfortable , TV no youtube or Netflix, bed comfortable, bathroom nice but no where to put toiletries. 15 min walk to main area with shops and resteraunts, 20 mins to nice beach. Limited sunbeds and umbrellas by pool. Staff excellent and friendly.

The property is made up of 3 blocks. Each block has a swimming pool at ground level and one on the roof. None of the pool areas had adequate sunbeds or umbrellas, one in each area, so I complained and they didn't do anything about it. They show pool bars in their advertising but these are closed because they do not have a licence. There are communal buildings next to the pools but these are locked with a notice saying closed for refurbishment. No work is going on there at all. They advertise a Japanese restaurant on the top of one building, but this is closed and empty. There are no telephones in the rooms so you cannot contact reception. There are water features in each pool area, like cascading waterfalls etc but these did not work.

We stayed at one of the two-story luxurious villas, with its own infinity pool. The amenities were amazing and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Très déçevant..

Séjour dans une villa avec piscine privée alors que tout aurait pu être parfait il s avère que toutes les villas sont les unes sur les autres avec un vis a vis permanent dedans et dehors.. le resort s agrandi de deux nouveaux bâtiments donc il y a des travaux énormes juste à côté de 8h le matin a 23h parfois avec le marteau piqueur, cela donne aussi une grue qui passe juste au dessus de notre piscine quand on s y baigne ou des travailleurs qui vous reluquent...la villa est design mais les finitions sont bâclées(plomberie qui fuit, odeur d égouts insoutenables et carrelage cassé au fond de la piscine). Personnel jamais le meme d un jour sur l autre, gentil mais inefficace et pas arrangeant(2 jours pour réparer la wifi...), chek out a midi sinon 300baths de l heure... bref a éviter !
