A wonderful stay in Raymond Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was unique and beautiful in a great location. We saw Kangaroos, Koala's and Echidnas without even having to leave the house.Would definitely stay here again

Stay quiet here!

Everything about our stay was enjoyable, with one unfortunate exception. On two consecutive nights, a neighbor came to our door complaining about the music, even though we were well within the legally permitted noise timeframe. This was particularly disappointing as it was during the Easter holiday, and we were celebrating a child’s birthday, which was lessened by the experience.We fully appreciate that the island is known for its peaceful and relaxing environment. However, if noise sensitivity is a known issue for neighbors around this property, it may be worth reconsidering the inclusion of speakers, musical instruments (such as a guitar), and other sound-related amenities. Additionally, it would be helpful if the listing clearly stated that the property is expected to remain quiet at all times.This would better align guest expectations with the neighborhood’s atmosphere and help avoid future misunderstandings.Thanks with best wishes.
